Types of Injury
Auto, Car, SUV Accident
Have you been injured in an auto, car or SUV accident? If so, then you probably have many unanswered questions. I have the answers whether you were
involved in a fender-bender or a life altering event. There are several signs to look for that will help you decide whether you should call me now.
Is the insurance company refusing to provide you with a rental car? This is a classic sign that you are in for a long combative time. If the adjuster
begins to make excuses or delays for providing you with a rental car, you should interpret that as a stalling technique.
Do you have a “bad feeling” about anything related to your car accident? If the answer is yes, then you should trust your instincts. Chances are you are right.
This could be an indication that someone is trying to take advantage of you.
Is the other driver being uncooperative after the car accident? If the at-fault driver is being difficult or acting aggressive toward you at the accident
scene or afterward, this is a good indication they will not be cooperative during the claim process.
Is the insurance company trying to get you to answer tricky questions in a recorded statement? Be careful. Insurance companies use a ploy where they ask
you a series of normal questions to trick you into admitting you had fault in the accident or that you were not injured. When you choose me to represent you, all communication
from the insurance company will be directed to me. This insulates you from the insurance company.
Is the insurance company trying to offer you a payoff? Don’t be a victim. Whenever a car accident victim suffers a non-catastrophic
injury such as a whiplash, pulled muscles, or other forms of soft tissue damage, the insurance company will often employ a tactic of offering the accident victim a small payoff
from $100 - $1000 stating “this is all they are willing to pay". First of all, the insurance adjuster is not a doctor, and secondly, most soft tissue type injuries do not fully
manifest themselves until days, weeks, or even months after the accident. If you accept the payoff, you could be forced to pay additional expensive medical costs out of your
pocket.
Is the other driver’s insurance company a NO NAME insurance company? Smaller insurance companies can sometimes be less inclined to negotiate. So, if you
haven’t heard of the other insurance company, and you are having a hard time negotiating, you need to call me now.
